Those who are under 18 years of age. Those who have been banned because you violated site policy and/or standards on treating every member in a kind, courteous, manner.Those who have had a profile that was fraudulent in some manner. See our rules for violations for being banned.Those who promote other commercial sites.

1. Go to top left of the home page. 
2. You will see heading “My Profile”.      
3. Click “My Profile”.      
4. You can then view your profile.

HOW TO USE ILUV SUGAR

1. SENDING A LIKE TO SOMEONE 
Under each profile, right corner, you will see “Candy Hearts”. It is here, that you can send someone a candy heart with different sayings. You choose your saying to send to someone you are interested in. 
 
2. ADD OR DELETE A PROFILE To add someone, simply: 
(1) Press the heart icon on their photo, top right corner of photo. 
(2) Press the heart icon also wherever you find it on the site. 
 
3. TO DELETE SOMEONE Simply press the X icon in your favorite photos section. 
 
4. MATCHES 
Go to the home page. Do a search with your preferences. Save your search (or not). See all the matches that come up. Then, favorite the ones you like, and message them. Or, You can message anyone you like without favoriting them. Your choice. Then If you like, you can send them a candy heart.
 
5. CHARITY  
Contribute to their favorite charity showing you care and begin your conversation. To show you care about the same issues that the person you are interested with, you will see that persons top 3 charities in their profile. You can, if you wish, donate to their favorite cause, by simply clicking on the Charity icon inside their message box.

CANDY HEARTS

 
1. WHAT IS A CANDY HEART. 
At ILUV SUGAR, we have many candy heart messages you can send to someone. Make sure to check back every once in a while to the candy hearts to see what new ones we have added. 
 
2. FREE HEARTS. 
When you join, you get 5 Free Hearts! to be able to send every members when you start off. When you begin to message someone, your hearts in the message box will show that you now have 5 hearts to use. Once gone, you then have an opportunity to buy them in various packages for a nominal fee.
 
3. HOW DO I SEND SOMEONE A CANDY HEART.  
Under the reply box in a person’s profile, you will see the word “candy hearts” Once you click this, it will open up a box showing you the candy hearts available, and how many credits you have available. Once you reply to someone you can simply press the + sign and add your candy saying and press send to the person you want. Once you send them, your party will see that the candy heart is from you.
 
4. WHERE CAN I FIND A CANDY HEART. 
You can see the various candy hearts on someone's profile page OR Under the right message box you will see an icon that says CANDY HEARTS.
 
5. HOW TO BUY A CANDY HEART. 
Simply go to the Candy Heart heading on the home page, and there you will see various packages of candies to purchase.
 
6. HOW MANY CANDY HEARTS DO I HAVE LEFT. 
1. Go to any profile.
2. Underneath the message box, you will see where to “add candy.”
3. Here, press “add candy” and it it will tell you how many hearts you have left to send.
 
7. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CANDY HEARTS I CAN GET.
In our exclusive Candy Hearts section you will find many candy hearts. Each heart has a different saying, and a different color. Over the months, we will be changing to add different sayings, and different colors. So, on occasion, look back to see what candies we have changed.
 

CHARITY

1. WHERE CAN I VIEW THE DIFFERENT CHARITIES
Go the Charity page, and you will see all the various charities you can give to. Or you can go under the message box of a profile, and you can see the available list of charities there as well.
  
2. HOW CAN I DONATE TO THESE CHARITIES  When you are sending a message to someone, you will see the option of donating to someone's charity. Click, add amount, and send!
  
3. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SEND A DONATION TO A MEMBERS FAVORITE CHARITY
The person you sent it to, will be notified that you sent a donation in their name, and they will be notified who sent it. See your message box when sending it. The message box will confirm it was sent.
  
4. TRANSPARENCY OF ALL DONATIONS MADE 
At the end of the year, we will publish which charities received the most funds, percentage of funds, etc.

 

CONTESTS
 

1. AUTOMATICALLY ENTERED You are automatically entered into our draw, Check the home page to see what prizes are being offered. The draw date will be shown on the home page as well.  

2. YOU ARE A WINNER  Once the draw is made, a winning name will be chosen. If you are the winner - you need to notify us within 30 days to collect your prize. You can then decide if you want the prize or the cash equivalent value. Your choice.

3. WHERE TO FIND THE WINNER OF THE CONTEST Either click the link Contest on the home page banner, and will bring you to the winning prize page or simply click CONTEST in the headings on the home page.  

4. WHERE TO FIND THE DATES AND PRIZES INFORMATION On the home page, click the prize banner ad, and it will take you to the page giving all the information on dates for prizes, and what the prizes are. Or, click the heading CONTEST on the homepage.

 

MEMBERSHIPS

1. At the present time, there are no membership fees. Enjoy!
 
 
2. HOW TO JOIN
Easy.
 
Once you have registered you have become a member.
 
Later you can seek to upgrade their membership - you would go to the membership page, and select 1 of 3 membership levels to see which level best suits your needs.
 
 
3. TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
At the moment, the site is free to all, there are NO fee memberships available. 
 
Later we will have membership packages available.
Membership durations will be of 1 month, 2 months or 3 months.
 
What distinguishes each package is the amount of assistance you want from ILUV SUGAR - each membership goes up the exclusivity ladder and brings your photos and profiles more attention to a wider audience.
 
The more people that see you, the more likes and messages can potentially become available to you.
 
 
4. HOW DOES MEMBESHIP FEE LOOK ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT
At present there are no membership fees. There will be no statement.
If there is a future payment, any payment made on our site will be shown as “Sydat Tech.”
 
 
5. CANCELLING MEMBERSHIP
When the membership packages become available we will make sure the process is simple and easy to cancel a membership at any time of your choosing.
 
 
6. UPGRADE
If you decide at any time to upgrade your membership, the upgrade will take place immediately, and the term of your new membership level will begin on that day of use.
 
 
7. MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY DATES
When the membership packages become available in the near future.
It will be either 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days starting from the day your purchased it.
If you upgrade, the new membership will start the day you purchase the membership.
 
 
8. WHERE DO I CHECK MY MEMBERSHIP STATUS
At present moment, there is no membership status until we give out membership packages. Once we do, then go to membership page - see your status there. and length of membership.
 
See the date you purchased your membership, and add 30, 60, or 90 days to know when your membership expires.
 
 
9. HOW DO I TURN OFF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
At this time, we do not have any charges, or automatic
renewal for memberships.
 
 
10. REFUNDS
Whether it be a membership, or a candy heart, or any other purchase on the site, there will be no refunds on any purchase.
 
Please choose your membership level or any other purchase carefully.
If you delete or suspend your membership (when available) you will still have access and use to the duration of the fees you paid.
 

PROFILES

1. GENUINE PROFILES ONLY
Our goal is to have real profiles. Any profile that we find that is false, in any manner will be removed. We also want to make sure that our site is free of spam, bots, and any other fraudulent behavior profiles.
 
We try our hardest to remove any fake profile, however, it is also a tremendous help
when our members flag, and report anyone they think is fake, fraudulent, or misrepresenting themselves.
 
So, please help our community be as real as possible
and report anyone you believe is misrepresenting who they are.
It makes us all better.
 
 
 
2. DELETING YOUR PROFILE
Since your your profile is free - then you can simply leave your account as is.
Or permanently delete it.
 
To delete it - simply go to the profile settings and you will find a delete button. 
 
Please note, deleting your profile is permanent. You will lose your profile, and any
messages received or sent. This includes all your favorites, and people who favorited you.
If you delete your profile, you cannot make a new one for 7 days.
 
 
 
3. UPDATE MY PROFILE OR EDIT MY PROFILE
Please go to “My Profile” in the menu and there you will find where
to update your profile in various sections. 
 
 
 
4. VIEW MY PROFILE
On the homepage, press “MY PROFILE”.
It will take you to your profile page.
 
 
 
5. PROFILE UNAVAILABLE
1. If you come across a profile that is unavailable, it can either mean one of two things.
 
(a) If you looked for your own profile, you may have deleted your profile prior.
 
(b) or there is a temporary site error. Come back at a later date or 
 
If there was a person you saw that viewed you or favorited you, is not available any-more, they may have blocked you.
 
 
 
6. ACTIVITY STATUS
1. Go to the home page
 
2. Press Discovered.
 
3. Once you press “discovered” It will show you all the people that viewed you.
 
 
 
7. ALSO
1. Press “favorites” on the home page.
 
2. Here you will have a choice to see the following:
   The people who favorited you, and when they favorited you.
 
 

MY PHOTOS

1. ADD A PHOTO
1. You can add up to 7 photos.
 
2. Primary photo must be of your face.
 
3. We do not allow any photos that are nude, partially nude.
    or offensive in any manner.
 
 
2. REMOVING PHOTOS
1. You can remove any photo you like at any time.
 
2. Simply go to your profile and edit the photo to your choosing.
 
 
3. SUGGESTIONS FOR A GOOD PHOTO
1. Try to use a variety of type of photos. Mix it up.
 
2. Try to keep photoshop to a minimum.
 
3. Do not use fake photos.
 
4. The more variety of only face photos the better.
 
5. Do not use photos which only show a little portion of your face,
    or it is hidden.
 
6. Do not use photos that are blurry or out of focus.
 
7. Try to use photos that portray who you are, or hobbies that you like,
    or places you have visited.
 
 

MY ACCOUNT

 
1. DELETE MY ACCOUNT
Simply delete your profile. Once you have done that, you are no longer a member.
 
 
2. AUTOMATIC SIGN IN
On the landing page you will see on the top right corner and icon stating “Sign in”.
Press and follow the instructions.
 
 
 
3. HOW TO SIGN OUT 
Simply go to the menu, and there will be a sign out button. 
 
 
4. STOP RECEIVING EMAILS FROM US
We still have not started sending emails, please check back later.
 
 
5. UNABLE TO SIGN IN
(a) check your password or
 
 
6. GET A NEW PASSWORD
Go to the menu, then go to profile, and there will be a section
where to get a new password. 
 
 
7. PASSWORD WON’T WORK
 
1. Our passwords do not rely on upper or lowercase letters.
 
2. Check to see if you have one character not correct.
 
3. If you cannot repeatedly get it working, then simply reset
    your password.
 
4. To reset your password go to either "sign in " page or go get a new password
     under the menu profile section. 
 
 
8. EMAIL ADDRESS CANNOT BE USED
Only one email address can be used for one profile
 
 
 
9. HOW TO VERIFY MY EMAIL
1. In your email, you will see a link sent by us, to verify your email. Clink link.
 
2. If you did not receive a link in your message box, please check your SPAM folder of JUNK mail, perhaps the link was sent there.
 
3. Also, wait a few hours to see if it was sent.
 
4. If you still cannot find it, then try to re register with the same email.
 
 

BLOCK A PROFILE OR REPORT

1. REPORTING A PROFILE
If you feel there is someone bothering you, harassing you, is a commercial site, or any number of reasons as listed below, feel free to report this person.
Reporting a profile is anonymous.
It makes our community a safer and more enjoyable experience,
 
 
2. STEPS TO REPORT SOMEONE
Under the persons profile you will find the REPORT button, Press and report someone confidentially.
 
 
3. BLOCKING SOMEONE
Go their profile page At the bottom left of the page you will see a heading to press, which will allow you to block this person.
 
 
4. HOW TO UNBLOCK THEM
You can only unblock someone at the time you blocked them.
Once you switch to another page, the block will become permanent
 

SAFETY

1. GENERAL SAFETY GUIDELINES
We believe everyone should enjoy the site without anyone offending, or obscenities, or harassing,
or anything that cause someone discomfort to them in any manner.
 
 
2. VIOLATION OF OUR POLICY
Any violation of the following, can and will result in suspension or deletion of your account.
 
1. Nudity, or obscene photos
 
2. Someone under the age of 18
 
3. No solicitation of any kind.
 
4. Any communication, or action that be considered violent, or threatening
 
5. Offensive remarks towards a member
 
6. Commercial promotions of other sites.
 
7. Request for money
 
8. No bots allowed
 
9. No discrimination of any kind.
 
10. No request for banking information allowed.
 
11. No request for gift cards of any kind.
 
Please report any member that violates the following rules. We want to make our site welcoming to all.
 
 
 
3. ONLINE SAFETY  
We want to make sure our site is safe. A safe and fun experience is important. We want to make sure that we keep any fraud and abuse off this site. 
 
That means free of any abuse, solicitation, trafficking, scams, etc. We try to remove any content that we deem could be offensive, or violate our community standards.
 
We try to remove any content that could offend or contribute harm to the individual.
That is why we have a zero policy and will delete anyone's profile that falls into that category. Things such as bullying, or harassment.
 
We want to make sure we keep the site safe, fun, and enjoyable for all.
 
 
 
4. NO NUDITY OR SOLICITATION  
We remove any content or profile that depicts nudity or sexual activity.  
We have a zero tolerance for this.
 
This zero tolerance also applies to any one solicitation in any manner.
This is not acceptable, and will not be allowed on the site. We may also restrict sexually
explicit language if we become aware of it in the profiles.
 
This will result in the following: taking down content, and removing your account.
 
 
5. DATING TIPS ONLINE AND OFFLINE
These are only some of the suggestions we can give to stay safe and the ILUV SUGAR dating community. These suggestions do not substitute your own judgement.
 
You will always be the best judge of your own safety.
Always be safe and cautious when talking to people you want to meet with.
 
1. We suggest keeping all of your private information private.
    Anything that you believe that can identify you please leave out of your profile.
 
2. If you feel any discomfort or not comfortable with a person on the
    dating site you have two choices:
 
(a) BLOCK them - this person will no longer be able to contact you.
     They will not know you have blocked them.
 
(b) Report them - if you feel anyone is making you feel uncomfortable, rude, wants you to give them personal information, or anything you find suspicious of them then you can also report them.
 
3.  If someone is trying to scam you. A scam can be anything where the person is trying to get
     personal information from you, or is asking for money.
     
      Report this person to us. This will allow us  and everyone at the site to have a better community
      and a better experience. 
 
4. Anonymous - any person you report for such behavior, will not know you reported them.
 
 
 
6. MEETING SOMEONE IN PERSON
 
1. Always tell someone else, other than the person you are meeting. where you are going.
 
2. Give them an exact place you are going.
 
3. Keep your phone with you at all times. Make sure the phone is charged.
 
4, Try to make sure that you have your own transportation - to the date / meeting place and when leaving the date /meeting place.
 
5. During the date best to keep in contact with someone stating where you are, how the evening is going, and other details you feel is important.
 
6. Try to meet in a very public place with lots of people.

1. Limit the details you share. Keep things general at first.
 
2. Use original photos. Try not to use photos that someone could search and find on your other social sites.
 
3. Verify the person at your own discretion. Ask and verify as much as you feel comfortable before meeting the person
 
4. Keep private details private. Keep your private details private as much as you feel comfortable with. 
 
5. Tell a friend about your plans if you are going to meet someone.
    Doing so makes sure that someone knows where you are that day.
